Scope and service
This statement describes the reviewed state of onnetwork.agency and the associated onDashboard portals at dash.onnetwork.agency, customer.onnetwork.agency and reseller.onnetwork.agency. The provider is on:NetworkAgency UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Our website presents agency services and contact options. Signed-in onDashboard users can access the work areas enabled for their role. Authentication and permissions determine which content is available.
Navigation and use
The sampled website pages have identifiable navigation, main content and footer regions. Contact fields have labels. Mobile navigation and cookie settings could be operated using a keyboard in the sample. Content is available in German and English. The public portal sign-in pages have labelled email fields; the work areas require authentication.
Accessibility status
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the relevant web requirements of EN 301 549 to guide improvements. BITV test criteria provide technical guidance. Full conformity has not yet been demonstrated. This information is not a certification or a public-sector statement under the German BGG.
Known limitations
Some control names on German website pages remain in English, including the skip link and telephone country selector. A loading animation on the homepages does not yet respect reduced-motion preferences. When the cookie dialog first opens on portal sign-in pages, keyboard focus may remain outside it. These findings inform further improvements.
Method and limits
The internal sample dated 29 October 2026 covered the homepage, Creative service page, contact page and legal notice in German and English, plus public onDashboard sign-in pages. Checks included structure, field labels, keyboard focus, narrow layouts and selected contrasts. Automated axe-core checks supplemented the website sample. Authenticated dashboard work areas, complete form flows, all documents, screen-reader output, magnification and all remaining pages have not been fully assessed. A complete BITV assessment remains outstanding.
